Providing Compassionate, Quality Care and Grief Support for the Community
For over 31 years, Crossroads Hospice Society has had the honour of serving the communities of Anmore, Belcarra, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. The non-profit society supports these communities in three ways: through a 10-bed Hospice Residence, a Grief and Loss Support Centre, and a Thrift Store. They provide compassionate care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses and their families, and provide grief support.Links
