Ember Indian Kitchen is inspired by a fusion of East African and East Indian Culinary History. The streets of Kampala, Uganda boast tender meats that are charbroiled on skewers on grills and in burning hot tandoors. Meats are infused in special homemade marinades. Vegetarian dishes are fresh and cooked with special herbs and spices filled with flavour. The essence of their flavour is purely Indian, it will speak to all of your taste senses. Indian and African culture is fuelled by discussions over meals; therefore, sharing plates of appetizers and main entrees is acceptable and highly recommended.
