After working at Super Valu as the head butcher, for many years, Adam decided to venture out on his own. His passion for food and fine meats is clear the moment you step into his shop. He takes great pride in the preparation of all his beautiful cuts of meat and he is happy to offer cooking tips or suggest different ways to prepare your favorite cuts of meat. Adam’s favorite cut of meat is the Tri-Tip. Adam’s customers love his beef jerky, which is personally smoked by Adam and sells out within hours each and every time he makes it.
