John provides private chef and catering services for all occasions, bringing back the art of the dinner party. John’s cooking philosophy is based on using quality ingredients and proper use of cooking techniques and heat transfer.
"I met John when I took a couple of cooking classes at Kitchen Therapy that I thoroughly enjoyed. So, when I wanted something special for my husband's birthday I asked John to come cook for us. He did and my husband and son were thrilled with the amazing four course French inspired menu of salad with roasted radishes, grilled asparagus with bacon and topped with a heavenly poached egg, followed by an amazing Bouillabaisse main course and a rhubarb/custard tart for dessert. All created with lovely fresh herbs from John's garden and served with wonderful conversation and a few other surprises. It was absolutely fantastic evening and then, like magic, our kitchen was spotless and John was gone! I'm looking forward to the next special occasion in our family so we can have John back.
