The vision and dream of Jane Copeland, owner, and chef. With extensive fine dining training, including three Michelin star El Bulli restaurants in Spain, Jane aims to apply elevated culinary skill and technique to classic, everyday food, specifically breakfast made with the best quality ingredients and handcrafted with love.Links
