A Restaurant Providing an Authentic Take on Korean Cuisine
Maru Korean Bistro is located on lower Lonsdale and 2nd. Chef Bobby Shin and David Jo's first restaurant after Bap's Kitchen catering service. Maru Korean Bistro minimizes the usage of artificial food ingredients and MSG for the health of their customers and tries to offer the best meal at all times with their heart and soul. The restaurant is inspired by the "Baek ban jip", a folksy dining restaurant that offers home-style and casual foods.Links
