Moving Spirit is dedicated to the dynamic exploration of the heart, soul, and science of movement. Fitness meets flow, creativity and, physicality find their true home in the body. Under the direction of Susannah Steers, Moving Spirit’s programs evolve from an understanding that fluid, balanced movement comes from awareness and attention to the whole body and its fluid web of interconnected systems.
