The Navy League Cadet program aims to help young Canadians learn life skills including citizenship, teamwork, and self-discipline. Programming is designed to help cadets become more aware of the world around them, and become self-sufficient and confident in their own skills. Throughout their training, Navy League Cadets learn what good leadership looks like, how to work together, and how to overcome challenges. Youth leave the program with a genuine interest in their community’s well-being and equipped with skills to become active citizens.
