The Gettin' Higher Choir
With the GHC, All Voices Can Sing!
Calling all shower singers! In the Gettin’ Higher Choir, all voices are welcome. Whether you belt out show tunes in the bath or rock along with the car radio, join in to explore the joy of singing. No vocal experience is needed and there are no auditions required – just a desire to sing in harmony with others. The GHC sings uplifting songs from folk to classical to classic rock, from silly to sublime to soothing, and from around the world — mostly a cappella. Rehearsals are offered twice a week for flexibility, both in-person at Esquimalt Gorge Park Pavilion and online via Zoom. Optional but encouraged performances allow friends, family and the community to see the choir live and in concert while benefiting local and international charities. Learn more and register for the 2023-24 season online at gettinhigherchoir.ca.Links
