From Saltery Bay to Lund and Texada Island, the ORCA Bus brings free children's activities to preschool-aged kids across qathet RD. An initiative of Powell River & District United Way, SD 47, and partners, the ORCA Bus ensures all kids in the region have access to early learning opportunities and connects vulnerable families to resources they need.
