A registered clinical counsellor who works with children, youth, adults, and couples on a variety of different issues. Natalia has additional training in working with children and youth with learning disabilities or other school-based challenges. She provides services from a client-centred perspective, incorporating techniques from narrative, solution-focused, motivational, mindfulness-based stress reduction. In addition to individual or couples counselling, Natalia also runs groups aimed at a specific group or issue. These can be process groups, or psycho-educational groups targeting anxiety, eating disorders, general coping skills, etc.
